LESSONS' DESCRIPTION 

 CHINESE POLE 
Α great deal of strength in the upper body to perform. A fair amount of static work performed on the pole and conditioning programme which include a variety of exercises in order to enhance and trigger our local muscular endurance. Our programme is designed to increase our general endurance and strength for the pole.

 AERIAL SILKS 
  (TISSUES)
Aerial silks help us understand the relationship between body and air. We create awareness, we strengthen and we get more flexible. It is a basic acrobatic technique that requires good fitness and focus. Our goal is to improve the aerial expression and be aware of the body’s lightness. During class, we also use the trapeze in order to gain fitness and strength for a proper result in dancing and acrobatics.

 AERIAL HOOP   (LYRA)
The course includes exercises with specific strengthening and flexibility techniques, which aim at stretching the spine and the body, improve handstands and enhance the striking poses that we will be taking on the hoop. The course is open to all.
