 LESSONS' DESCRIPTION 

 CHINESE POLE 
Α great deal of strength in the upper body to perform. A fair amount of static work performed on the pole and conditioning programme which include a variety of exercises in order to enhance and trigger our local muscular endurance. Our programma is designed to increase our general endurance and strenght for the pole.

 AERIAL SILKS 
  (TISSUES)
Aerial silks help us understand the relation of body and air. We create awareness, we strengthen and we get more flexible. It is a basic acrobatic technique that requires good fitness and focus. Our goal is to improve the aerial expression and be aware of the body’s lightness. During class we also use the trapeze in order to gain fitness and strength for a proper result in dancing and acrobatics.

 AERIAL HOOP CONTORTION   (LYRA)
This course combines contortion (extreme flexibility) and aerial hoop (acrobatic hoop or lyra). The course includes exercises with specific strengthening and flexibility techniques, which aim on stretching the spine and the body, improve handstands and enhance the striking poses that we will be taking on the hoop. The course is open to all.

 POLE FLOW   CHOREOGRAPHY
It is the lesson where everything flows. We use the technique from acrobatic lessons and through the release technique and the use of different kinesiological motives borrowed from other systems, we focus on the absense of tension using breathing and momentum in order to create ease for the movement required instead of using muscle strength. We learn to manage our energy in correct way so that the student will be able to choose where to channel it. Our body gets deconstructed and each member is moving on its own. At the end of the lesson we feel like dancing in many levels of height.
